Import and Export Procedures

Prowin Cargo Logistics, Inc. can arrange deliveries throughout the United States, including shipments from or to certain airports or ports, which can lead to reducing the cost and lessening the time of delivery. We book and complete export declarations in advance and aim to satisfy all customer requirements at all stages of the shipping process.

In some instances, a customer may require expedited shipping due to an upcoming deadline. To ensure that everything goes smoothly, we change our handling process accordingly, which may include modifying delivery times, dealing with customs declarations and clearance – all prior to the arrival of the shipped goods. 

Our trucks are readily available and schedules can be changed in order to meet deadlines and deliver packages on time to our valued customers. Even in cases where items in transit need to be redistributed, repackaged or shipped through UPS to inconvenient locations, we will adapt as necessary. 

While the shipping time needed for sea imports may be relatively long compared to air imports, the pricing is cheaper than that of air imports. We can handle ordering, ISF and AMS declarations, delivery inspections, and intermediary exports to other countries. 

Should any problems arise, we will remain in constant communication with customers and work to resolve inconveniences.
